Ludique, accessible et convivial, ce sport en plein essor propose une autre mani\u00e8re de pratiquer le football, bas\u00e9e sur le plaisir du jeu, le collectif et le respect de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement au football traditionnel, <strong>il est interdit de courir<\/strong>. Tout se joue en marchant, ce qui rend la discipline plus accessible, limite les contacts et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les risques de blessure. Le foot en marchant privil\u00e9gie la technique, le placement et l\u2019intelligence de jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udfe2 Une activit\u00e9 ouverte \u00e0 tous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances sont <strong>ouvertes \u00e0 toutes et tous, de 15 \u00e0 80 ans<\/strong>, quel que soit le niveau ou l\u2019exp\u00e9rience footballistique. Que vous soyez ancien joueur, sportif occasionnel ou simplement curieux de d\u00e9couvrir une nouvelle activit\u00e9, le foot en marchant est fait pour vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc5 S\u00e9ances d\u2019initiation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Des <strong>s\u00e9ances d\u2019initiation gratuites<\/strong> sont organis\u00e9es aux dates et lieux suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vendredi 30 janvier<\/strong> \u2013 Le Puy Saint-Bonnet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vendredi 13 et 20 f\u00e9vrier<\/strong> \u2013 Maizi\u00e8res<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vendredi 13 et 20 mars<\/strong> \u2013 La Tessoualle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd56 <strong>Horaires : 19h00 \u2013 20h30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces s\u00e9ances permettront de d\u00e9couvrir les r\u00e8gles, de pratiquer en toute convivialit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9changer autour de cette discipline en plein d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd1d Un sport convivial et inclusif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le foot en marchant met l\u2019accent sur la <strong>bonne humeur, le fair-play et le partage<\/strong>.
